ARTICLING STUDENT

Julia joined the KBA Partners LLP team as an articling student in August 2023. Prior to joining KBA Partners LLP, she worked as a summer student for a boutique law firm in Toronto.

She graduated with a J.D. from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. While at the University of Ottawa, she participated in the Allies in Law Mentorship Program as a member of the executive team and as a mentor where she actively engaged with first-year students to support them as they transitioned into law school. She also volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Throughout law school, Julia was a writing leader for the University of Ottawa Legal Writing Academy.

Julia has always aspired to pursue a career in law. Prior to law school, Julia completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from York University and obtained a Professional Certificate in Public Administration and Law.

Outside of the office, Julia enjoys baking, travelling with family and friends, and is a member of a book club.
